Swim 400M  Pool
Bike 30K   Scenic route through Snowdonia National Park
NOTE shortened bike route this year omitting Barmouth.  Turning point - Wayside at Llanaber
Run 6K   Includes Harlech beach and the 1:4 climb to the Castle

Souvenir gift for all competitors and memento  for finishers.  Post race refreshments and entertainment included.

Start times: Start times will be published approx. 2 weeks before the event. 
Late entries will be allocated the best available time.
Important Note – Estimated swim time / Start Times: Once start times have been published there will be NO CHANGES PERMITTED.  If you want to receive a start time that is close to a  friend or have improved your swimming YOU MUST CONTACT US BY 1st MAY.
Withdrawal Policy:  

Up to  April 17th - cheque refund less £5 for admin 
or full refund as voucher for 2009 race entry
April 18th or later - vouchers only less £7 for 2009 race entry.
